Driving Directions and Parking

From Points North (and East via 520) 

• Take I-5 South to exit 166 (Stewart Street toward Denny Way).
• Turn slight right onto Stewart Street.
• Seattle Children's Research Institute's Jack R. MacDonald Building is on the northeast corner of Ninth Avenue and Stewart Street. 

From Points South (and East via I-90) 

• Take I-5 North to exit 165 (Madison Street).
• Turn right onto Madison Street.
• Turn left at Boren Avenue.
• Turn left at Stewart Street.
• Seattle Children's Research Institute's Jack R. MacDonald Building is on the northeast corner of Ninth Avenue and Stewart Street. 

From Seattle Children's Hospital 

• Start by going southwest on Sand Point Way NE toward University Village.
• Sand Point Way NE becomes NE 45th Street. Pass University Village on the right. Stay in one of the two left lanes.
• Continue south onto Montlake Boulevard NE.
• Cross the Montlake Bridge.
• Merge right onto 520 West toward I-5.
• Merge onto I-5 South via the exit on the left, signed Portland.
• Take the Stewart Street exit on the right (166) toward Denny Way.
• Turn slight right onto Stewart Street.
• Seattle Children's Research Institute's Jack R. MacDonald Building is on the northeast corner of Ninth Avenue and Stewart Street.. 

Parking

There is parking in the garage underneath our building. The entrance is through the alley off of Stewart Street between Terry and Ninth Avenues.

There is also a paid lot at the Stewart Place garage at 1024 Stewart St., between Boren and Terry Avenues, as well as other paid lots at Ninth Avenue and Howell Street and at Terry Avenue and Stewart Street.

Rates range from $8 to $12 per day.
