"In this information age when huge amounts of data are being collected constantly at personal and group levels through social media, digital devices and electronic records, it is crucial to tell good data from bad data, to separate true signals from noises, to tell truth from lies, and understand the implications and consequences of the knowledge we gain from analyzing such big data. Clinical research is no exception. As a biostatistician, my passion is analyzing and making sense of data, and ensuring our clinical studies are valid, efficient and reproducible."
