Telehealth Loaner Device Program
Seattle Children’s Telehealth Loaner Device Program allows qualifying patients and families to borrow an iPad or a data hotspot if internet is not available so you can join a video visit.
The program is available for patients and families who:
- Live in Alaska, Idaho, Montana or Washington state.
- Do not have access to a tablet, computer or internet for the video visits.
- Meet certain financial qualifications.
You must meet all of the requirements above since there is a limited number of iPads available through the program.
How to Request a Device
Let your care team know if you need access to a digital device or internet for your upcoming telehealth visit. They can refer you to our program.
